OUR IMPORT PROCESS
1.
Bidding Out the Project
After receiving your plans or performing a property walk, our team will prepare a bid for you, individually pricing out each of the materials that we can provide with detailed schedules. We guarantee 1-week turnarounds on all our bids
2.
Approval and First Payment
Once you choose us to be your vendor, you then approve the material schedule and spec list (and shop drawings for custom products) after which we collect the initial payment ranging between 25% to 50% of the total project cost
3.
Manufacturing
Once we receive payment, our partner manufacturers start working on your order. General production timelines range between 6 to 12 weeks. All our manufacturers are carefully vetted and have continual QC checks
4.
Second Payment and Shipment
After all the products are manufactured we take a second installment to reach 75% of your total project cost. The materials are then shipped directly to your project site - this usually takes between 6 to 8 weeks.
5.
Delivery and Final Payment
After the containers reach your project site, the shipping team will unload the materials (palletized) - we can also warehouse the material for you nearby as needed. The final payment for the remaining 25% of total project cost is due on net 30 terms after delivery. Any additional savings we incurred during shipping or manufacturing are then relayed on to you
